As an avid soloist, chamber musician, and teacher
in the San Francisco Bay Area, Annie Yeh continues to invite audiences
with her warmth of sound and musical versatility.
Annie has performed
at the Aspen Music Festival with conductors Michael Tilson Thomas (San Francisco Symphony), David Zinman (Baltimore Symphony, Tonhalle Orchestra), Robert Spano (Atlanta Symphony), and Bramwell Tovey (Vancouver Symphony).
Annie has also performed with the Kneisel Hall Chamber Music Festival,
the Huntington Chamber Orchestra, the Star Classics recital series, and the
International Music Festival of the Northern California Music and Art Culture Center at the San Francisco
Conservatory.

Annie has collaborated with many groups, including the spoken word/jazz and world music group Copus, the George Coates Performance Works, the Landini Dance Company, and Goat Hall Productions. In 2001 she attended the Jamey Aebersold Jazz Workshop, where she worked with David Baker and Pat Harbison. Annie also attended the 2001 Stanford Jazz Residency.
Annie is currently working on several collaborative projects. Look for future announcements regarding performances.
Originally from Philadelphia, Annie received her Master of Music from Ohio University
and her B.A. from
the University of Pennsylvania.
She studied with Mark Schroeder (cello performance)
and Ernest Bastin (improvisation), Alan Harris (Cleveland Institute
of Music, Eastman School of Music), and Deborah Reeder (Philadelphia
Trio).
